Promptly route claimed emergencies. The authorized team decides validity and any permitted release. Do not promise disclosure or send a sample from the support desk.

Exercise only: fictional request, no customer account, no real agency contact. Record whether escalation was attempted or accepted. If no acknowledgment, use the urgent backup route. Do not delay a real emergency for an exercise.
