GhostEye at SecureWorld Boston 2026

We will be at SecureWorld Boston on April 8 and 9. Visit Booth 600, attend Mohammad Eshan's session on help desk compromise, or meet with the team during the conference.

The help desk is the new front door for attackers. Scattered Spider called MGM's help desk, got an MFA reset, and caused $100 million in damages. A separate campaign hit Okta's own help desk the same summer, compromising Super Administrator accounts across four customer organizations. NY DFS has now issued multiple alerts specifically about voice-altering technology being used to social engineer help desks into resetting passwords and diverting MFA. CrowdStrike's 2025 Global Threat Report puts the year-over-year increase in vishing attacks at 442%.

These are phone-driven intrusions. Traditional awareness programs were never designed to stop them.

GhostEye tests help desk and voice-driven identity workflows before attackers do. We use controlled adversary simulations to surface the verification gaps that make password resets, account recovery, and MFA enrollment vulnerable.

SecureWorld Boston is a good place to see that work up close.

Booth 600

Find us on the expo floor. We will be walking through how we test help desk resets, voice pretexts, and identity verification procedures across phone, SMS, email, and support channels.

Booth: 600
Date: April 8-9, 2026
Place: Hynes Convention Center

Your Help Desk Just Reset a Password for an AI Agent

Attackers are calling help desks, impersonating executives, and walking away with credentials. The verification methods meant to stop them (knowledge-based questions, callback procedures, manager approvals) fail systematically against adversaries armed with LinkedIn, data brokers, SIM swaps, and AI-cloned voices.

In this session, Mohammad Eshan breaks down how the attack chain actually works, why support workflows fail under pressure, and what organizations need to change if they want the control to hold.

Speaker: Mohammad Eshan, CEO & Co-Founder
Date: Wednesday, April 8, 2026
Time: 11:10 - 11:45 AM ET
Place: Room 208, Hynes Convention Center
