GhostEye at GrrCON 2026

GhostEye founder Mohammad Eshan delivered the day-one closing keynote at GrrCON 2026, sharing his work using AI voice agents to investigate scam operations.

Closing the first day at GrrCON

Mohammad Eshan, founder and CEO of GhostEye, delivered the closing keynote on September 24 at GrrCON 2026. The conference took place September 24–25 at DeVos Place in Grand Rapids, Michigan.

His talk, “I Sent AI Agents to Call the Scammers Back,” examined what happens when AI voice agents become the people on the other end of a scam call.

Inside the scam operation

The research started with dozens of scam-center phone numbers. Eshan deployed AI voice agents to call those numbers repeatedly over several days, observing how scammers tried to move a conversation toward a payment.

The keynote covered how the operation was built, with recordings of calls between the agents and scammers. It also examined the use of computer-use agents and remote management tools to investigate the systems behind those calls.

The work made scam workflows visible through conversations and observations of the underlying infrastructure. GrrCON’s session abstract and conference schedule are linked below.
